Star Torque (ST-22)

The Star Torque is a continuously rotating torque machine, bucking unit, breakout unit, made for fast makeup and breakout of connections from 2 ⅜ inches to 22 inches in diameter. It is a self-contained, free-standing tool with hydraulic-powered controls. Its design includes continuous gear drive rotation, six self-centering cylinders that distribute forces evenly, synchronized cylinders that eliminate the need to change jaws and it accepts standard tong dies. Our experienced personnel are available for field installation and service as needed.
